The best film?

Well I know this is a subjective question, but does anyone know much about the various films and their traits?

I wouldn't expect anyone to be able to say which brand film is the "best", but do different brands have various pros and cons for different situations?

I've heard Fujifilm is good for still shots, but not sure if thats accurate...

I agree that this will always be a subjective issue, but there's also the matter of asking what is it you are trying to shoot and what is it that you hope to capture/achive with your photos? Different films have different characteristics which can make them suitable (or not) depending on your answers to these questions.
