Remove mild fungus on lenses by removing both lens and body caps and then placing the lens in the sun so that the sunlight shines through the barrel. Times may vary on how long this will take. Leave it for an hour or two; if it's not a severe case you should find that the fungus has disappeared.
After this, make sure you include satchels of silica gel in your equipment bags. These will soak up any moisture. |
