It cannot be disputed that digital photography has made a huge impact on photography. The new format has provided the casual snapper and professional alike with a new way of capturing images quickly but with ever increasing quality. Some people, however, are still intent on using film ( I being one of them).
So what I would like to know is how many people have been converted or what peoples thoughts are on digital photography. |

| While I have respect for your preference for film johnnywalker, the reason I like digital is because I am lazy. I don't like to have to load film and take it to be developed. I like my digital camera, because I can shoot photos and then put them on the internet. Actually, I rarely actually print anything...again my laziness.   |

| Know how you feel David. I must confess to looking at digital SLRs. I would like to get a Canon as that is the equipment I own. However, cost and other things in my life (eg dental bills, buying a house etc) are taking precedence. I don't think i'll competely let go of film as I love to develop my own. However, if I had a digital, I would certainly be snapping anything and everything becuase there's no 'waste' of film and associated costs. I love using Photoshop now so i'm halfway into the digital scene. Just need some extra cash. :( |

Not to get off topic, but the last page I visited before coming here was about dentistry.
If you want to save money on dentistry, I have some friends that could really help, and you can take a vacation while you are at it? Take a look at my post about Dentistry in Romania |

| Funny you should mention that. Root canal therapy is what I need and my current health fund does not cover it. :( |
